i am more and more impressed by your artistic output: now its sculptures ! maybe palisades made out of vodka-bottles would be a next step, implanted at the litani river. keep it vertical, man, we are connected to you.
Dear Mazen, keep the good work. I have just linked ur site on my blogspot and know a lot of my friends who did too. Your voice is reaching very far, so don't stop.
so sorry and so sad for all of them..for doing nothing, for cant stop this..for our silence..for dying childrens, grandmothers, grandfathers and daddys and so mums.. I asked so many times myself:"where is humanity inside of us?" if people have "humanity".. I said:"cocuk dersem ,cık!"(if I said civil,go outside humanity!)p.s:I may cant translate it.

Hi dear Mazen! I´m waiting for a new post. I´m a bit anxious about this. Admiring your art every day is like huging you. So please post. I hope you are all right.
hello evertbody, I do hope mazen is just tired ans is working right now on some new drawings. I guess all of us are checking ther blog every hour, hoping to see some words and sketches from Mazen. let's stay close to him, to encourage this wonderful artist to come back! yesterday he said "enough". Enough bombs, but not enough of his drawings and his thoughts... love for all of us!, b.

ReplyDeleteThe Amazing insight and comment through your work makes me cry - shades of Picasso Guernica
How can we be living through such atrocities? How can our leaders let this happen?
We can only try, your work, action groups like Move On (http://www.ceasefirecampaign.org/mo/en.html), to get involved, try and instigate peace.
Keep it coming, you are an inspiration.
Stay Safe.

Regarding Lebanon - I'm sorry for^
ReplyDeleteLebanese people
Lebanon as a historical, archeological and cultural place being destroyed.
Jewish religious symbols being heavily misused. Take Star of DAvid off F-16! Didn't the God say "Don't kill" in the first place?
And really hope this war stops before turning into World War III.
Mazen
Merci
