  1. Dear Mazen,
my name is Mauro Biani, I'm a cartoonist from Rome - Italy. I like very much your works (I saw your web site as well). I send you my greetings and I hope that the hostilities in Lebanon will come soon to an end. I send you a hug and look forward to seeing you asap. Mauro Biani

  2. Hi, this is a petition for an International Tribunal of War Crimes against Israel. Please find the time to read it and sign it. It is pretty urgent, as you all surely know.

  3. thank you for this.

here in the states (and probably other places also) we're continually blitzed with headlines:

    israel "pounds" the southern suburbs
    israel "pounds" beirut
    israel "pounds" the beqaa valley
    israel "pounds" baalbeck
    israel "pounds" southern lebanon

i'm losing weight over all this pounding, and i'm inured to its impact. but not when i see this drawing.

  4. Alarm clock... I heard the same words yesterday from a friend living in Beirut. His guitar is among the only things that help him keep hoping that soon everything will be over. May the voice of you, young artists, be heard not only by us but also by the people living this nightmare. Keep going!

  6. so sorry and so sad for all of them..for doing nothing, for cant stop this..for our silence..for dying childrens, grandmothers, grandfathers and daddys and so mums..
I asked so many times myself:"where is humanity inside of us?"
if people have "humanity".. I said:"cocuk dersem ,cık!"(if I said civil,go outside humanity!)p.s:I may cant translate it.
